What’s happened to Alicia Corwin? The change in her, her reaction when Will mentioned Harold’s name, was chilling. Also, is she supposed to be so familiar with Will? Isn’t it their first meeting in this episode?

No, I think Alicia knew Ingram. In that flashback she sort of talked to him as if she’s been knowing him for a while. I love how years later she is a little older (maybe it’s their awesome lighting choices, but continuity makes my insides warm). I think she isn’t familiar with Will as Finch is, but she’s a close second. 

Her reaction to hearing Harold’s name was surprising, and gosh now I really want to know what Finch’s past involves. I think it was recognition on her part, because I think she wasn’t expecting to hear Finch’s other alias (remember, they had no idea that Finch was behind the machine’s existence or that he was in close relations with Ingram other than being an employee). 

This is what I’ve thought. But I can’t wait until a little more is revealed!
